Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with at least 3 years of professional experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with technical teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and diagrams.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to clarify requirements and support project execution.
• Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.
• Support testing processes (UAT, SIT) by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and changes.
• Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, and training materials.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT system architecture.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace.

Work Schedule

• 44 hours per week
