Overview:
In this role as Supply Chain Plannign Assistant Analyst you will be performing as a Distribution Resource Planner (DRP), you will be the mastermind behind an automated process that ensures the right products reach the right locations at the right time. Your role will involves identifying, reviewing, and resolving exceptions, maintaining accuracy, and updating DRP parameters. You will spend a significant amount of time optimizing the planning tool to ensure optimal move recommendations. You will also be expected to continually update plans in response to demand or supply disruptions
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining & running the automated DRP process

Responsible for inventory deployment, trans-shipments and deployment network design to ensure product arrives on time at the right place

Responsible for leading the regional exception based planning process and driving continuous improvement

Conduct root cause analysis for trans-ship, expedite losses and develop action plans through system and/or process improvement

Work closely with customer service, demand, and supply planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Drive system utilization and feed loss tree insights into future enhancements

Ensure lead times for deployment in the system are maintained and accurate

Ensure safety stock settings are dynamically adjusted for finished goods
Qualifications:
- Engineering Background.

1 year of internship experience related to planning is required.

Experience in distribution planning or familiarity with Supply Planning tasks.

Proficiency in product category planning.

Stakeholder Management Experience.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Problem-solving skills and analytic abilities.

Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, would be beneficial.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
