Role Overview:

The Business Analyst & Test Analyst is a hybrid role responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the quality of software solutions through rigorous testing. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Your Role

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
Create process models, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing.
Support project planning, scope definition, and prioritization of features.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and specifications.
Execute functional, regression and integration testing.
Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent Italian Language profieciency in writing and speaking.
Proven experience in business analysis and software testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
