Position Overview
TRATON R&D has a great opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst!
As a Lead Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business and IT. You are responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into solution requirements, and ensuring that the delivered systems, processes, and tools create real value for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business processes, needs, and challenges within the organization.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that drive process efficiency and business value.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other partners.
- Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of new or modified systems.
- Support change management and adoption during the implementation of new solutions.
- Develop and maintain process maps, models, and related documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of business analyst experience
OR

Master's degree and at least 1 year of business analyst experience
OR
-
At least 5 years of business analyst experience

Desired Skills
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement.
- Strong understanding of service market business operations and technical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.
