The Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience in converting leads, creating proposals, online bidding, and managing clients and projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Bid on projects (Upwork/Freelancer)
2. Write client-focused proposals
3. Generate & nurture B2B leads (LinkedIn)
4. Schedule client meetings, coordinate with the tech team
5. Manage leads in CRM/reports

Requirements:
1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise
2. Strong English communication
3. 3+ yrs in online bidding/marketplaces
4. IT services knowledge (Web, Mobile, SaaS)

Things you should know:-
Timings will be 10 AM to 7 PM
We work Monday to Saturday.
2nd & 4th Saturdays are off.
Work from Office Bajari Mandi(Vaishali Nagar), Jaipur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
