Business Analyst (Mob Apps)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Mobile Application Business Analyst (Mid-Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled technical researcher and problem-solver, with a strong ability to identify, analyze, and deliver actionable insights to enhance our mobile app projects. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering market trends, identifying user needs, and working closely with technical and business teams to drive app success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth technical research to identify trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the mobile app industry.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for mobile applications by engaging with stakeholders, developers, and users.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and develop detailed documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Monitor app performance and user feedback to recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication and project success.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile applications or software development.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools like Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android), app store guidelines, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background or familiarity with mobile development processes is a plus.
