Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis
: Gather, clean, and analyze weekly data across marketing funnels (e.g., Gallabox), customer visits, conversion rates, service operations, and VOC (Voice of Customer) feedback.

Dashboard Development
: Design and maintain interactive dashboards to present KPIs, identify trends, and highlight actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination
: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure accurate and timely data submission.

Automation & Integration
: Develop automated reporting pipelines consolidating data from multiple platforms for seamless dashboard updates.

Performance Monitoring
: Track critical metrics such as total paid services, active cars, service ageing, workshop utilization, parts sales, customer feedback, and project milestones. Proactively flag anomalies, risks, or opportunities for improvement.

Review & Reporting
: Lead regular review meetings, using dashboards to drive discussions, monitor performance, and support strategic decisions.
Who Fits the Legend’s Seat

2–5 years of experience in
business analysis, data tracking, or reporting
, preferably in the
automotive/service center industry
.

Strong proficiency in dashboarding and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Zoho, Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot).

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams.
