Responsibilities:

• Prepare channel-based analyses and reports to measure customer acquisition performance
• Monitor campaign and channel-based metrics
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests, providing actionable recommendations
• Develop new customer segments and improve targeting strategies
• Analyze existing campaigns to generate insights that increase efficiency
• Analyze large data sets using SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools
• Visualize performance data through dashboards and share with teams
• Continuously measure the success of customer acquisition strategies and offer improvement suggestions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in remote customer acquisition processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry
• At least 3 years of experience in customer acquisition processes within the banking sector
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Good command of English
