Key Accountabilities

Business Intelligence

• Support continuous improvement of the KPI dashboarding shared within the organization by identifying areas of improvement and/or additional KPI reporting to ensure dashboard remains relevant and useful to operations teams and supporting departments.

• Support data governance by contributing to the maintenance of data dictionaries and accuracy of data ecosystem mapping

• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) for new or enhanced KPIs, working closely with the relevant business users to validate functionality

• Usher POCs through the programming phase, working closely with IT support / programmers to confirm that automated KPI calculations are producing accurate results, and working closely with the relevant business functions to complete user acceptance testing

• Support continuous improvement of data mapping, data flows, and quality control procedures

• Identify areas of data quality concern and support locations and/or other departments to correct the source of the issue

• Support the timeliness of the data month end close process

• Support internal user adoption and business intelligence education campaigns to uplift knowledge and analytical skills across the organization.

Other Duties as Assigned

• Participate in special projects related to performance management, including ad hoc business analyses, site visits, ad hoc reporting, etc.

Salary- $70,000-90,000.00 per year
