Business Analyst ( Post - sales)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst (Post Sales) to bridge the gap between clients and our technical team. The ideal candidate will handle client communication after project closure, ensure smooth delivery, gather feedback, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients post-project delivery.
• Understand client requirements, challenges, and future needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates, changes, or improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Experience in IT or software development industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
