As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization secure new business opportunities by creating compelling proposals and bids. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various internal teams, understand client requirements, and develop comprehensive bid documents that showcase our company's capabilities and solutions. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with bidding portals (for eg. Upwork, Freelancer, Fixnhour etc.)
• Lead Generation
• Strong Communication Skills
• Client Requirement Analysis
• Proposal Development
• Financial Analysis
• Technical Analysis
• Negotiation Skills
• Business Development
• Knowledge of cold calling and cold emailing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
