The position requires working closely with the Manager / AGM – Business Development. The candidate will be required to support administrative tasks in support of the deal documentation and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visits & Cold Calls:

Visit Sites and prepare a visit report with maps with surrounding infra, amenities and competition

Soil Testing, Site Survey, Other ancillary site visit coordination

Make Cold calls and visits for market intelligence update on competition
Tracker & Documentation:
-
Preliminary level input of information in feasibilities to be reviewed by Manager

Update Trackers
-
Daily update on news feeds, tenders,
-
Support on tender submissions and related coordination

Record keeping of all BD documents (soft and hard documentation)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Any Masters with 3-5 years in BD role with a real estate developer
