Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Etiler, Istanbul

Employment Type: Remote

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or similar fields,
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis (software development experience considered a plus),
• SAP B1 experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using UML diagrams and tools, and capable of writing Use-Case Specifications,
• Experience in software engineering practices and test processes,
• Experience in vendor management,
• Experience in the SDLC and agile working methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
• Highly motivated by digitalization and actively applies emerging technology trends to their work.
• Able to communicate and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Demonstrates strong skills in presentation, reporting, and documentation.
• Capable of effectively facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and align them with the overall strategy.
• Conduct meetings with business units and technical teams to prepare scope and technical analysis documentation.
• Lead and support the development of roadmaps for products.
• Provide end-user support and contribute to activities to increase product usage.
• Ensure coordination between departments.
• Participate in testing activities when necessary.
• Participate in agile practices including daily meetings, refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
• Track emerging global and industry trends in technology and business; identify potential future application needs and contribute to planning efforts.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management regarding ongoing work.
