Job Title: Business Analyst || Richmond, VA || Hybrid

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst II to support technology initiatives by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and documenting workflows. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business/technical requirements
• Create process flows, SOPs, and workflow documentation
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs
• Track project tasks, support UAT, and maintain reports/dashboards
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support change management

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
• Experience with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in IT or public health
• Knowledge of Agile/SDLC
• Hands-on with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, or Power BI
