We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to analyze business systems, gather requirements, and support the design and implementation of technology solutions aligned with business strategies. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business processes, and supporting system development and integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business systems, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements
Create functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and system documentation
Collaborate with technical teams to design system integrations and data flows
Support system development through UML/BPMN diagrams, use cases, and documentation
Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and application walk-throughs
Plan and coordinate UAT testing, including test cases, tracking results, and user training
Assist with system upgrades and modernization initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and documentation
Strong experience analyzing business processes and application workflows
Experience designing system integrations and creating technical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with UAT planning, testing, and end-user training
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with financial system modernization or upgrades
Experience working in the healthcare domain
