Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst- Global Sports Management Consulting

We have exciting opportunities for a small number of Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts to join our team based in Riyadh. A full on-boarding programme will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to develop core consulting skills, as well as developing a deep understanding of the sports sector.

Our projects are wide and varied, spanning strategy, organisation, governance, project management and implementation. Recent examples include:

- Creating a holistic transformation plan for a national football league to compete globally
- Developing a business plan for new sports businesses
- Developing a product roadmap for a football club to maximize and diversify revenue streams
- Developing strategies to support the growth of motor sports, then evaluating social and economic impact
- Developing a strategy to maximise participation of women in sports

The main responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Undertake research, conduct analysis, draw out insights and synthesise findings
- Develop independent sections of client documents and presentations
- Contribute to team problem-solving and help develop recommendations
- Help prepare and conduct interviews, workshops and meetings
- Build productive day-to-day relationships with client team members
- Support team planning and process management
- Support Portas business development and internal firm-building activities.

We are looking for exceptional candidates from top universities or business schools who fulfil the following requirements:

- Excellent academic record
- Previous consulting experience is highly beneficial
- Highly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability
- Demonstrate a clear passion for sports and physical activity
- Self-directed, proactive and entrepreneurial
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Highly proficient in English essential and Arabic beneficial
