OpenText Consultant

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled OpenText Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText solutions for our clients. Your expertise in document management, enterprise content management, and business process automation will be crucial in delivering successful projects that meet our client's needs.

As an OpenText Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective OpenText solutions. You will also provide ongoing support and ensure the optimization of existing implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements for OpenText solutions.
• Implement and configure OpenText solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Utilize OpenText tools for document management, workflow automation, and content management.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on OpenText applications and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenText solutions with other business systems.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in OpenText technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting OpenText solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OpenText modules, such as Content Suite, Documentum, or Archive Center.
• Experience with enterprise content management, workflow automation, and document management processes.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting OpenText with other enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant OpenText certifications are a plus.
