We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong experience in RPA and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and document business and functional requirements with focus on automation opportunities.
Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Identify, analyze, and recommend RPA-based solutions.
Design process flows using Lucid tools.
Maintain documentation using SharePoint.
Manage stakeholder communication and alignment.
Support process standardization and optimization initiatives.
Participate in client meetings and travel as required.
Primary Skills:
Strong experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience in identifying automation opportunities and defining RPA solutions.
Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Lucid (Lucidchart/Lucidspark).
Experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
Secondary Skills (Preferred):
Telecom domain experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Salesforce experience or familiarity with CRM systems.
Knowledge of process standardization and optimization techniques.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management capability.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel for client interactions.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $32.36/hour - $50.56/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
