Business Analyst -Salesforce

Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystExperience: 1–2 YearsRole Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to support Salesforce-based projects. The role involves working directly with business users, understanding their requirements, and ensuring effective implementation of Salesforce solutions. The candidate should be capable of independently managing assigned projects or modules while collaborating with technical teams for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
• Create detailed requirement documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
• Act as a bridge between business users and Salesforce technical teams (Admins/Developers).
• Independently handle assigned Salesforce projects or modules from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Support UAT activities by preparing test cases and assisting users during testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions while maintaining quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Assist in user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with Salesforce exposure.
• Good functional understanding of Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
• Experience in managing individual projects or workstreams independently.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
