Technical Business Analyst – SAP HRIS & Data Analytics Lead, Public Health Systems Modernization
Contract Position - Hybrid ,400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, South Carolina 29033

Required:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems
  • 5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience with industry-standard information security practices (PII, PHI)
  • Understanding of IT development and implementation projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
Specific Skills:
  • HRIS systems (SAP ECC, SuccessFactors)
  • HR/Payroll process analysis & optimization
  • Business process documentation (SOPs, workflows)
  • Data privacy & compliance (HIPAA, FLSA, NIST 800-53)
  • Reporting & dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
  • System testing & implementation (UAT, upgrades)
  • Project coordination & stakeholder management
  • Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)

  • Information security & data integrity practices
