Technical Business Analyst – SAP HRIS & Data Analytics Lead, Public Health Systems ModernizationContract Position - Hybrid ,400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, South Carolina 29033Required:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems
- 5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Preferred Skills- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with industry-standard information security practices (PII, PHI)
- Understanding of IT development and implementation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
