Job Description: Senior Business Analyst

Experience: 5+ years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information technology/ Business Administration or similar in related field.
• Collaborate with customers to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Prepare and process invoices related to project milestones.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Oversee the delivery process and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, project plans, and status reports.
• Develop Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to represent system data flow and database structures.
• Develop detailed use cases and user stories to capture and communicate functional requirements.
