Job Description
Leads the Business Analysis function and serves as a key link between business stakeholders, product teams, and technology units. The BA Manager oversees the end-to-end analysis process — from scoping and requirement gathering to solution design and implementation — ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, guiding them in developing high-quality
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

user stories
, and
change requests (CRs)
that translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. The BA Manager also contributes to
UX design and prototyping
, supports
business development initiatives
, and ensures that all solutions deliver measurable value and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities include driving analytical excellence, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, preparing and delivering executive
presentations
, and ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

9+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including team leadership.

Strong skills in scoping, BRDs, user stories, and change request management.

Familiarity with UX design, prototyping tools, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar BA tools.

Ability to bridge business and technical teams and deliver aligned, high-quality solutions.
