Role: Business Analyst

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 6 Month Contract (Extendable)

About the Role

We are supporting a leading consulting firm in Riyadh that is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for an immediate on site assignment. This is a hands on role focused on requirements, applications, workflows, user journeys, and supporting development and QA teams across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in software and application development environments with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Document business, functional, and non functional requirements including BRDs
• Map and document workflows, processes, user journeys, and personas
• Translate business logic into clear requirements for developers and data engineers
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping documents
• Work closely with development teams to design and validate new application modules
• Coordinate with QA teams for testing and issue tracking
• Document data sources, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting needs
• Prepare test cases and support application testing
• Execute UAT with business teams and validate functionality

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or application development

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRDs, process mapping, and UAT

• Ability to collaborate with development, data, and QA teams

• Arabic speaking candidates are strongly preferred
