Strong domain knowledge of Corporate Payments, Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management
Ø Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other Technology teams.
Ø Should be able to understand Business requirements, Functional / Technical Specification Document
Ø Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and actively participate in decision for issues prioritization.
Ø Coordinate with vendor on Issues/ Defect Resolution.
Ø Support all testing phases and review all relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) -SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning and integrations.
Ø Perform Impact assessments of Change Request on Implemented product and facilitate Production deployments.
Ø Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users.
Change prioritization and end to end impact assessments & implementation of changes in-line with business objectives/priorities.
Ø Co-ordinate Testing and Release
Ø Bachelor of Engineering or Post Graduate
Ø 10+ years’ experience in relevant areas
Ø Subject Matter expertise on Corporate Payments, Liquidity Management and Virtual Account
Ø Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
Ø Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ø Experience of working in large scale transformation Project – involving Process optimization and changes.
Ø Knowhow of Oracle Banking Product suite is preferable
Ø Proven capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ø Experience across all phases of the SDLC—analysis, design, development support, testing, and go live support.
