What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support Source-to-Pay (S2P) improvement initiatives using structured project management practices
• Analyze procurement and accounts payable processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate across global and local teams to streamline workflows and standardize operations
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and deliver actionable solutions
• Drive automation and digital transformation efforts, including robotic process automation (RPA)

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process optimization, business analysis or operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and related systems. (SAP MM, Ariba, Basware preferred)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions
• Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Proficient in S2P reporting and analytics tools with a focus on continuous improvement.
