What You'll Be Doing

Lead and support Source-to-Pay (S2P) improvement initiatives using structured project management practices

Analyze procurement and accounts payable processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements

Collaborate across global and local teams to streamline workflows and standardize operations

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and deliver actionable solutions

Drive automation and digital transformation efforts, including robotic process automation (RPA)
What Are We Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in process optimization, business analysis or operations.

Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and related systems. (SAP MM, Ariba, Basware preferred)

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions

Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Proficient in S2P reporting and analytics tools with a focus on continuous improvement.
