Major Job Functions
1. Collaborates with client team(s) to improve their level of technical knowledge and understanding of Experian products.
2. Assists the client team(s) with coordinating scheduling of project processing steps and how to use priority requests appropriately.
3. Acts as technical resource to sales personnel on existing accounts or running tests for prospective accounts for the client team(s).
4. Documents change and additions to internal technical processes and on client-specific projects and disseminate information to appropriate personnel.
5. Interprets client specifications and instructions of high complexity for Technical Solutions personnel and explains how to appropriately apply theory to this practice.
6. Defines and implements quality control/troubleshooting standards and procedures for the department.
7. Creates and provides necessary quality control reports, output files, and summarized data reports.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Requires a minimum of 5-7 years’ direct marketing experience. Works under minimal supervision. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to lower-level personnel. Advanced working knowledge of programming. · Advanced analytical skills. · Strong training and mentoring skills. · Advanced analytical skills. · Advanced oral and written communication skills. · Strong leadership skills. · Ability to prioritize, co-ordinate, and manage multiple requests simultaneously. · Basic to moderate understanding of Salesforce. · Strong understanding of SQL, including the ability to write and analyze queries. · Familiarity with Linux file systems and basic commands. · Experience with or understanding ServiceNow for IT service management. · Basic knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
