Business Analyst – Supply Chain (D2C/B2B | Personal Care)

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support our Supply Chain operations in a D2C/B2B personal care environment. The role focuses on MIS reporting, abnormality detection, and driving cost optimization across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

• Create and maintain routine and ad-hoc MIS reports on inventory, logistics, production, and procurement.
• Build dashboards for clear performance visualization.
• Analyses large datasets to identify trends and improvement areas.

Abnormality Detection

• Set and monitor supply chain KPIs.
• Identify and investigate deviations (stock outs, spoilage, cost variances, delays).
• Conduct root-cause analysis and work with functional teams to implement fixes.

Cost Optimization

• Lead cost-saving initiatives across sourcing, production, warehousing, and distribution.
• Model financial impacts of supply chain scenarios and develop business cases.
• Track project progress and realized savings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, and Finance for data, system enhancements, and planning.
• Support budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare performance summaries for senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance; MBA/SCM certification preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business/Data Analyst in FMCG or manufacturing (preferably soap/chemical).
• Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
