About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to join our
Supply Chain digital transformation project
. The role will focus on
Advanced Planning & Procure-to-Pay processes
as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analyze current processes, and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
process analysis and mapping
using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools.

Create
detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation
for current and future-state processes.
-
Facilitate
workshops and meetings
with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
-
Collaborate with
product development, engineering, and procurement teams
to optimize product configurations.
-
Document
business requirements, functional specifications
, and support ERP configuration aligned with SAP S/4HANA.

Analyze and improve
procurement workflows
including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Source-to-Pay, and Supplier Collaboration.

Prepare
test scenarios, test scripts
, and support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
.

Partner with
SAP solution architects
to ensure alignment with best practices and scalable solutions.

Provide
training and support
to end-users for successful adoption of new ERP processes.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Prepare and present
status reports
to project stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
5+ years
of experience as a Business Analyst in
digital transformation projects
.

Functional experience in
Supply Chain Operations
– Forecast to Plan and Procure-to-Pay.

Strong expertise in
process mapping and documentation
using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.

Familiarity with
SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba/Business Network, and SAP IBP
.

Knowledge of
BPM methodologies
(e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.

Experience with
procurement KPIs, supplier performance management, and compliance
.

Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
.

Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
abilities.

Familiarity with
Agile/Hybrid project methodologies
.

Business Analysis certification
(e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
. Master’s preferred.
