EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
You will play a key role in leading enterprise projects and system implementations that impact multiple divisions and County operations. Your work ensures that technological solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable improvements, while driving the continuous modernization of county processes, systems, and user experiences.Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements. Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and translate needs into functional and technical specifications. Perform detailed system analysis to evaluate current architecture and recommend improvements aligned with enterprise
standards.Design and document system workflows, data models, and integration diagrams to support new implementations and upgrades.Oversee configuration, testing, and validation of systems, including developing test plans and managing user acceptance testing (UAT).Lead planning, coordination, and execution of system implementations. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with County standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, processes, and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear communication to stakeholders. Prepare reports and updates for leadership and project teams. Evaluate and streamline internal OSP processes, projects, and initiatives to improve efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by TEBS leadership, providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-makingA criminal background and credit history check will be conducted on the selected candidate prior to appointment and will be a significant factor in the hiring decision.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

Preference for interviews will be given to applicants with experience in the following: Proven track record leading enterprise-level technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders and divisions, ensuring strategic alignment and on-time
delivery.Expert in business analysis and system design, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.Extensive hands-on experience in system implementation, encompassing configuration, integration, testing, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.Strong background in business process evaluation and optimization, with the ability to assess workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills for engaging stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving technologies and priorities.
