Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the analysis of business requirements and processes, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.
  • Develop and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for business analysis within the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the analysis team to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing issues and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process maps.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business analysis and lead efforts to implement relevant practices in the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
