Responsibilities

Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members.
Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing issues and ensuring effective collaboration.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process maps.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful project execution.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business analysis and lead efforts to implement relevant practices in the team.
