Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Technical Project Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2.5- 3 years of experience in business analysis and project management, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose efficient business solutions.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Assist in pre-sales by gathering client requirements & preparing proposals
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and wireframes
  • Collaborate with teams to define project timelines & feasibility
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure seamless execution

Technical Project Management:

  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure clear communication between business teams and technical teams.
  • Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • 2+ years of relevant technical project management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Proven experience with technical client calls.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

· Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management.

· Technical Knowledge: Basic to medium-level understanding of SQL, APIs, Data Analysis, Cloud Platforms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

· Project Management: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

· Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps, MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, or similar tools.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Experience in writing user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams.
