Business Analyst / Technical Writer

Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Writer to support our pre-sales and post-sales activities by creating clear, structured, and technically sound documentation. This role will work closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to translate client requirements into actionable documents and visual flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-sales and post-sales documentation including proposals, SOWs, BRDs, and FRDs
• Translate client and business requirements into clear technical documentation
• Create user flows, system diagrams, and supporting visuals, and assist solution architects with high-level architectural diagrams
• Conduct competitor research, feasibility analysis, and solution validation to support proposals
• Collaborate with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure scope clarity and smooth handover

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or similar role
• Strong written English and documentation skills
• Good understanding of software development concepts, web and mobile applications, and system integrations
• Experience with documentation and diagramming tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours
