Business Analyst - Techno Functional

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst capable of handling both technical and business analysis activities, with strong exposure to Open Banking initiatives. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements, supporting API-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Open Banking projects.
• Work closely with architecture, development, and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Support API design, integration, and testing activities.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment.
• Coordinate with external partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Open Banking standards and security guidelines.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in both business and technical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Open Banking, APIs, and integration projects.
• Solid understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
