Business Analyst - Techno Functional

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Business Analyst capable of handling both technical and business analysis activities, with strong exposure to Open Banking initiatives. The role involves gathering and translating business requirements, supporting API driven solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Open Banking projects.
• Work closely with architecture, development, and product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Support API design, integration, and testing activities.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment.
• Coordinate with external partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Open Banking standards and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in both business and technical analysis.
• Hands on experience with Open Banking, APIs, and integration projects.
• Solid understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
