Business Analyst - Telecaller

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in tele calling and customer interaction. The role involves handling high-value leads, understanding customer needs, converting enquiries into business, and guiding junior tele callers to improve overall performance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain services clearly.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Handle senior-level or complex client calls.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate call and lead details in the system.
• Guide and support junior tele callers to improve conversions.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
• Achieve monthly targets and quality standards.

Required Skills :

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong experience in tele calling / inside sales
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Leadership and mentoring ability

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in tele calling / inside sales
• Any graduation (preferred)
• Experience in handling senior or high-ticket clients is an advantage
