Business Analyst - Telecom BSS

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Telecom BSS and data management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business workflows, revenue management, and telecom order and assurance systems. Experience with consumer applications is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in the Telecom domain, preferably in Telecom BSS.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis within Telecom BSS, including sales, order, revenue, and assurance processes.
• Experience with consumer applications and data management workflows.
• Good-to-have: Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and digital architecture
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into structured documentation.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work with global teams.
• Preference for candidates residing in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama, enabling immediate or smooth onboarding.
