About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can effectively coordinate with clients, prepare professional documentation, and support our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of business processes. Experience or internship in Data Science will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.

* Prepare BRD, SRS, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other project-related documents.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams including development, design, and sales.

* Assist in requirement gathering, analysis, and converting business needs into actionable tasks.

* Support sales and marketing teams in proposals, presentations, and lead communication.

* Ensure timely delivery of documentation and maintain high-quality standards.

* Participate in client meetings, demos, and requirement clarification sessions.

* Analyze project risks, dependencies, and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong documentation skills (BRD, SRS, Flowcharts, Wireframes, User Stories).

* Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical language.

* Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

* Experience in sales or marketing will be preferred.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Added advantage: Internship or basic knowledge in Data Science.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

* Experience as Business Analyst / Pre-sales / BDE (preferred).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
