Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, User Experience (UX)!

In this role, UX designers blend aesthetics and functionality in digital interfaces, prioritizing a seamless and intuitive user experience through research and design expertise.
Responsibilities

• Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to address design challenges.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes for design concepts.
• UI Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• User Research: Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for design integration.
• Design Tools: Utilize tools like Adobe XD Figma, or for design work.
• Communication: Effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Accessibility: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards.
• Deadline Management: Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine and evolve designs based on feedback

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream with relevant experience
• Experience in product design and consulting experience with Enterprise (SaaS) and Consumer Product Design across Health Care and Life Sciences vertical
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma or similar software.
• Hands-on experience working with PowerPoint presentations to edit or design slides
• Basic understanding of using, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in prototyping and usability testing
• Stay updated on industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• Knowledge about tools such as Tableau and Power BI would be an advantage
