UX-Focused Automation and AI Consultant / Solutions Designer

Experience Range: 5 to 8 years

You're a UX pro who loves mapping user journeys and crafting wireframes that solve real problems. But you often find yourself wanting a seat at the strategy table—to understand the client's business goals from the very beginning and to own the solution's success long after the design is handed off.

If that sounds like you, read on. This isn't a pure UI/UX role. It's a strategic partnership role where your design expertise is your superpower.

We need someone who can be the voice of the user and a trusted partner to our clients. You'll use your UX skills not just to design interfaces, but to diagnose business pains, design entire automation solutions, and ensure they deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and workshops with clients to uncover pain points and map "as-is" and "to-be" of their daily processes
  • Translate user needs into detailed wireframes, mock-ups, and user stories that form the blueprint for our automation solutions. Your design work is the critical link between the client's problem and the technical solution.
  • Own the Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our clients. You'll present your designs, gather feedback, and manage expectations, building relationships that last over multiple projects.
  • Partner with developers to guide the build, ensure the final product matches the design vision, and measure user adoption and business impact post-launch. You own the solution's success, not just the design assets.

What we are looking for

  • 5-6 years of experience in a role where Business Analysis and UI/UX design strongly overlap
  • Expertise in user-centric design principles and proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Genuine excitement in client-facing work: discovering needs, presenting solutions, and building human connection
  • A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage project timelines and client communications
  • Excellent English (German is a plus) and ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
