Job Title: Functional Consultant

Location: Karachi(on-site), other cities will be remote.

Shift: 6 pm to 3 am.

We’re hiring a Functional Consultant to work directly with client teams and convert business workflows into AI agents built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Google Agentspace.

Responsibilities:
Work with client stakeholders to map end-to-end workflows.
Own agent use cases from discovery to live deployment.
Build and configure agents (intents, flows, actions, rules, guardrails).
Connect agents to enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, APIs).
Document logic, exceptions, and decision paths.
Set and track success metrics (accuracy, adoption, deflection, cycle time).
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data policies.
Support UAT, rollout, and change management.

Requirements:
5+ years in business analysis, functional consulting, or product delivery.
Strong client-facing and requirements-gathering experience.
Hands-on with no-code/low-code platforms (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Google tools).
Understanding of LLM agent behavior (intent, context, tools, memory).
Ability to convert ambiguous needs into working agent configurations.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
