Required skills :
- JLPT N3/N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
- Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing or Maintenance projects
- Working experience in Life Insurance domain
- Ability to effectively coordinate with Product owner and manage product backlog, Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams
- Proven requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience in customer management, policy admin, claims, and/or operations within insurance IT.
- Familiarity with agile delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (multicultural, distributed teams)
- Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases"
