Job Title: Business Analyst – B2B eCommerce Marketplace (Modern Tech Stack)Role Overview

We are seeking a technically adept and business-savvy Business Analyst to support the development of a scalable B2B eCommerce marketplace. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows, validate architecture decisions, and ensure alignment with business goals across multiple personas including buyers, sellers, investors, and administrators.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Workflow Design

· Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for all platform personas: Investor, Buyer, Seller, and Site Admin.

· Define role-specific workflows and API interactions, including RFQ lifecycle, catalog management, and content moderation.

Architecture & Tech Stack Collaboration

· Work closely with architects and developers to validate the proposed solution architecture:

· Backend: ASP.NET Core 8+ with BFF-based microservices, REST & GraphQL APIs, Docker containers orchestrated via AKS.

· Frontend: Angular with Micro-Frontend architecture, PWA features, and SignalR for real-time interactions.

· Database Layer:

· - Microsoft SQL Server for structured data (user profiles, RFQs, audit logs).

· - MongoDB for unstructured data (product catalogs, metadata).

· - Azure Cognitive Search for optimized search capabilities.

AI & Automation Enablement

· Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate Generative AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI Service:

· - RFQ drafting suggestions for buyers.

· - Response recommendations for sellers.

· - AI-powered content moderation for admins.

Data Analysis & Reporting

· Analyze platform usage metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions.

· Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools and SQL queries.

Testing & Validation

· Support UAT and persona-based dashboard validation across Angular micro-frontends.

· Ensure workflows are aligned with business rules and technical constraints.

Required Skills

· 5+ years of experience in business analysis for eCommerce or marketplace platforms.

· Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.

· Familiarity with .NET Core, Docker, AKS, Azure DevOps, and Angular.

· Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Azure Cognitive Search.

· Exposure to AI/ML concepts and platforms like Azure OpenAI.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in B2B marketplace workflows including RFQ management, catalog personalization, and multi-role dashboards.

· Knowledge of container orchestration, API gateway design, and cloud-native architecture.

· Prior involvement in platform modernization or digital transformation projects.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
