Business Analyst – WMS, ERP & E-commerce

GE Solucions is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, and system development lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and U.S. e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others.
This role is critical in upgrading our current Warehouse Management System, enhancing operational workflows, and developing integrations with multiple e-commerce platforms to support end-to-end order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
-Collect, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
-Create workflows, case scenarios, and process maps for operational efficiency.
-Upgrade and enhance the current Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its operational modules.
-Design and implement integrations with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) and ERP platforms.
-Support development of reporting dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
-Align workflows with U.S. e-commerce lifecycle processes including product listing, order management, inventory tracking, returns, and reporting.
-Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for automation and accuracy improvements.
-Collaborate with technical teams through all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from a reputable university.
-2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with ERP/WMS/e-commerce systems.
-Strong knowledge of U.S. e-commerce business processes and lifecycle.
-Hands-on experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplace integrations.
-Strong understanding of workflows, documentation, and functional specifications.
-Familiarity with reporting/dashboard tools and cross-platform integrations.
-Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Shift Timings: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Saturday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
