Business Analyst_Saudi National

We are seeking a highly skilled, Saudi, Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jeddah . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, and manage requirements, ensuring successful delivery of projects in line with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum team to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed business changes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage project documentation and progress tracking.
• Validate deliverables against business requirements to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate feedback with the technical team.
• Provide continuous feedback and insights to improve business processes and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework .
• Demonstrated ability to write well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira , Confluence , or similar Agile project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO, CSM) is an advantage.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
• Saudi based in KSA.
