Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analytics & Excel Excellence Coach to lead advanced Excel training initiatives across departments. The role focuses on building strong data-handling, reporting, and presentation capabilities among staff, while also supporting organizational productivity through structured quarterly upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Skill Development :
• Deliver advanced-level Excel training (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Automation).
• Design and conduct department-specific Excel training modules (Academic, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR).
• Create and deliver Quarterly Skill Enhancement Programs for each department.
• Introduce business use cases and real-time datasets for practical learning.
• Support learners with hands-on practice, assessments, and feedback.

Business Intelligence & Tools

• Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (added advantage).
• Guide teams on data visualization, MIS reporting, and dashboards.
• Help departments convert raw data into actionable insights.
• LMS & Content Management
• Upload, manage, and track training programs using the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create structured learning paths, assessments, and completion tracking.
• Ensure training documentation, templates, and recorded sessions are well-organized.
• Presentation & Communication
• Demonstrate strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Train teams on data presentation for management reporting.
• Create professional PPT decks, Excel templates, and dashboards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with department heads to understand training needs.
• Ensure consistent skill standards across all departments.
• Act as a business coach, not just a trainer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in corporate or EdTech training
• Good understanding of business processes and reporting
• Familiarity with LMS platforms

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau
• Exposure to MIS, analytics, or business intelligence roles
• Experience in cross-functional training
• Ability to design training calendars and competency frameworks
• Additional Value Points (Added)
• Certification in Excel / BI tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
