Business Analytics Executive Profile1) Role Purpose

The Business Analytics Executive supports the Director in data-driven decision-making for business expansion, diversification, and new development initiatives. The role focuses on converting market intelligence, internal data, and financial insights into actionable strategies for sustainable growth.

2) Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Research
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Prepare research and opportunity reports

2. Business Expansion Analysis
- Evaluate new markets, segments, and channels
- Support feasibility and investment analysis
- Prepare go/no-go recommendations

3. New Product & New Development Support
- Support new product development research
- Benchmark competitor offerings
- Assist pilot and scale-up decisions

4. Financial & Performance Analytics
- Analyze revenue, margin, cost, and ROI
- Prepare business cases and CAPEX models
- Track strategic initiative performance

5. Decision Support to Director
- Prepare dashboards and executive presentations
- Translate data into decision-oriented insights

Key Skills & Competencies

- Business analytics and strategic thinking
- Market and competitor analysis
- Financial modeling and feasibility studies
- Advanced Excel / BI tools
- Strong communication and confidentiality

Ideal Background

- MBA / PGDM / Commerce / Engineering
- 3–8 years experience in analytics, strategy, or consulting
- Manufacturing or industrial exposure preferred
- Experience supporting senior leadership

- Quality of insights provided

- Contribution to revenue and margin improvement

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Director and works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and R&D teams.

The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications
