Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Capgemini.

You’ll work with data, reports, and business teams to help us make better decisions. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and identifying ways to improve how we work and serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from different business areas.
• Create clear reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
• Work with teams across the company (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to understand business needs.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data insights.
• Support forecasting and planning activities.
• Keep data accurate, organized, and easy to understand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business or data analysis.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Good understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
