Business and Consumer Insights Lead
to join our dynamic Marketing team and help shape data-driven strategies that will drive our global growth.
Role Overview
As the Business and Consumer Insights Lead, you will play a critical role in turning data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for leading the consumer and market research agenda, synthesizing multiple data sources, and delivering strategic recommendations to inform brand, product, and commercial decisions. This position will report directly to the CMO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Trade Marketing, Innovation, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall consumer insights and business strategies.

Provide strategic input into brand and product strategies based on consumer and market understanding

Identifies and leads analysis to land actionable insights with the business.

Proactively seeking growth opportunities, developing analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders including the CMO and Executive Team

Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects (e.g., U&A, concept testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper studies)

Analyze internal and external data sources to generate comprehensive business insights

Partner with research agencies to ensure high-quality and cost-effective research delivery

Leverage tools such as Nielsen, GfK, and social listening platforms for continuous market monitoring

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate trends, opportunities, and risks
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
-
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, or business intelligence roles, preferably within the FMCG sector

Strong expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

Excellent analytical, storytelling, and data visualization skills
-
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SPSS; familiarity with Nielsen /GfK data is a plus
-
High level of business acumen and strategic thinking

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
