Business and Digital Growth Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Business and Digital Growth Manager to lead the company's business development initiatives and digital presence. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and leading the organizations digital and social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and market positioning. The ideal candidate must have a strong experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and market expansion across complex project environments and must be capable of building and managing relationships at multiple levels including corporate clients, institutional stakeholders, and strategic partners.

This Role requires a professional who can combine strategic communication, business growth execution, and client relationship leadership in competitive markets, managing both business expansion and digital engagement through team performance, campaign execution and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall business development and digital growth strategy for the company.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies, aligned with the organizational objectives to drive client acquisition through social media and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing to identify, engage, and manage high-value clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities with social media and business development team by conducting thorough research across all platforms to oversee brand positioning.
  • Manage and coordinate with the internal teams for execution of campaigns and client deliverables by monitoring performance metrics including leads, engagement, conversion and growth.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects with a focus on efficiency and results.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Understanding of architectural design, construction detailing and building systems is a plus.
  • Additional certifications or training in Digital Marketing, Business Strategy, or leadership will be an advantage.

Technical requirements:

Proficiency in

  • Understanding of social media platforms ( META Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Linked in, etc)
  • Experience in digital marketing strategy , branding and campaign management, online business development techniques and lead generation.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong reporting, team leadership, conflict management, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital analytics platforms is a plus.

Experience and Preferred skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, digital marketing and communications.
  • Proven expertise in managing social media marketing, managing teams, and leading business growth functions.
  • Strong background in partnerships and business strategies.
  • Strong creation and visualization skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-pace environments.
  • Exposure to real estate, development, consulting, or service base industries preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Development and Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
