Digital Growth Manager

Position: Digital Growth Manager

Department: Skintelligent Privilege Club, a project by Davis and Co.

Reporting To: Head of Privilege Club

Location: Islamabad

Role Purpose

The Digital Growth Manager will lead the digital acquisition, online growth, performance marketing, e-commerce optimization, content strategy, and digital customer journey for Privilege Club.

This role serves as the primary focal point for all digital agencies, technology partners, and marketing vendors while ensuring that digital investments translate into measurable growth in memberships, consultations, product sales, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute the overall digital growth roadmap.
  • Drive online membership acquisition.
  • Increase portal registrations and active users.
  • Improve consultation bookings and e-commerce sales.

Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary focal point for external digital marketing agencies.
  • Review campaign plans and performance reports.
  • Manage agency deliverables and KPIs.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and agency activities.

Performance Marketing

  • Monitor lead generation campaigns.

· Track customer acquisition costs and conversion rates.

  • Optimize marketing funnels.
  • Improve ROI across digital channels.

Membership & Sales Conversion

  • Monitor website and portal conversion performance.
  • Analyze user journeys and drop-off points.
  • Recommend improvements to increase membership sales.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives.

Content & Social Media Oversight

  • Review social media plans and content calendars.
  • Coordinate content requirements with agencies.
  • Approve campaign briefs and creative direction.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Monitor SEO performance.
  • Improve website traffic quality.
  • Recommend landing page improvements.
  • Track search visibility and rankings.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor digital KPIs and dashboards.
  • Track memberships, leads, sales, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare executive growth reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights.

E-Commerce Growth

  • Support product sales strategy.
  • Monitor digital storefront performance.
  • Improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate with operations on promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital business management.
  • Experience managing digital agencies is highly preferred.
